Introduction

EA Builder Pro was created to help you build Expert Advisors (EAs) without needing to learn the MQL4 or MQL5 programming languages. While the tool still requires some effort understanding how it works and where to find the features you need, our AI agent makes this easier and faster. Now, you can create EAs just by using your own words. We’ll show you how to use this powerful AI feature without giving up on the classic features you’re already familiar with. This means you can still review and adjust your EAs just the way you’re used to.

Choose between AI, a template, or starting from scratch

The first step of creating an EA is to select ‘Add Expert Advisor’. You then select whether you want to create an EA for the MT4 or MT5 platform. After that, you can choose to create an EA using the AI agent, as displayed below:

Describe your EA using your own words

Once you select the AI agent, a text box will appear where you can describe your EA in your own words. You can specify the trading strategy, the indicators you want to use, and any other details you want to include. Try to be as specific as possible, but don’t worry if you miss something; you can always adjust the EA later.

Preview the generated EA

After you enter the name of your EA, the AI agent will then generate an EA preview based on your description. You can review the generated preview by carefully reading it. It’s important to verify that the preview meets your expectations and includes all the features you want. Finalize your EA

Once you’re satisfied with the generated EA preview, you can finalize it by clicking the ‘Add Expert Advisor’ button. You will now be redirected to the EA editor (webtool), which is when you should verify if the AI agent has created the EA you expected. You should check if the generated EA includes all indicators and signal conditions, SL/ TP modules, etc., before exporting and testing your EA. If this isn’t the case, you can add the missing indicators, conditions, and other elements manually, the same way you’re used to when creating EAs using EA Builder Pro.
